Always trouble with the MC Donalds app (pay) Today was the experience that told me NEVER AGAIN. I have had a McDonalds app on my smartphone for a long time, now with Corona this is very helpful. The normal procedure. Start the app, select the menu, etc., card payment is pre-assigned. The APP recognizes the location, the restaurant is selected, there is no need to select card payment. You will be asked if you want to pick up at the restaurant or McDrive - so click on McDrive as always. Only after I've done all of this and my smartphone shows the order code do I drive into the McDrive. At the order counter you give the four-digit code - and in Unterhaching I am asked EVERY TIME - have you paid - and I say EVERY TIME - yes. I always ask myself whether they don't see that? - But it doesn't matter. Today the lady at the cash register didn't want to because she wouldn't see the payment. I was refused the issue and so I drove through the issue without receiving anything. 10 minutes later I received the receipt by email, well, the payment was stated as 0 EUR, but so much fuss and time for nothing - the time is too bad for me. That's it for me - I won't justify myself to the MC-Donalds employees because YOUR technology doesn't work or they don't have it under control - whatever.

The burgers are good only the friendliness of the staff is not so outstanding

I entered my order using the touch system and took it to-go in the restaurant. The service called me in a friendly way with "vegan", which was actually not necessary for the purpose of the number. All in all, everything was fine here. Oh yes - if you're looking for a toilet, it's locked.

I was really mad on Tuesday. Ordered Spicy Chicken Nuggets at the Drive Inn. They were dry, hard and just old. That was real insolence. The Mc Rib often had hardly any sauce on it. Haaaallo, who lives from the fact that he is NOT dry. Here savings are made at the expense of quality. An absolute no-go.

Ordered 3 menus in the drive-in. I got 3 drinks, 3 mains, 3 sauces, 2 fries.

I tried again and was disappointed again! I really have full understanding for the current situation with Corona, the companies are employing fewer employees, it takes a little longer, it is an exceptional situation! What I don't understand is being ignored! That drives me on the palm! I just wanted to buy a coffee and a muffin but after waiting for minutes while several employees walked past me without noticing, without saying anything, without calling someone to serve me, I turned around and left ! When I was walking someone shouted something behind me but too late dear ones, way too late! You can also scare away customers! Maybe I'll try again, everyone deserves a 2nd chance or a 3rd or 4, but at some point it's too late!

Very nice staff. Food was there quickly and survived a long and cold transport. I can only recommend it!

Corona regulations are not adhered to here !!! Everything is tip top in the entrance area ... Even the contact details are obtained here when entering the restaurant. Everything looks different on the upper floor! Even at tables that are actually locked, the staff serve the guests here - without pointing out that they are actually not allowed to sit here! But it's good if the staff walk around with mouth and nose protection, which only covers the mouth but not the nose - what do you expect here ... The fact is: everything is only appearance, not reality! Checks should definitely be carried out here! This restaurant is impossible and the protection of the guests is not taken into account at all ... It is questionable what the kitchen will look like ...

Very nice and friendly workers

One of the best McDonalds in and around Munich. Fast service and friendly staff. I am there 2-3 times a month and have never been disappointed.

There are never any announced gifts for the Happy Meal. We came extra today because the first day was the new gifts and again we didn't get what we wanted! In addition, the lady on the drive was completely unfriendly. The issue then took forever. Due to the long duration, I had enough time to observe that several employees only wore mouth-nose protection under the nose! That was our last visit, it has been too many bad experiences lately.

I have a bad experience, I asked for a sandwich without bacon, and I got a sandwich full of bacon, and I noticed after I have eaten the first bite. Not nice, I would expect that when you remove something specific from the sandwich that this should be always noticed. Specially for people may have allergy or can’t stand this fatty bacon. I didn’t complain or anything since I have already lost my appetite and I know that they will apologize because they are crowded and offer me a refund or another sandwich and all of this stuff. But I have just decided to leave.

Great location as well as great staff . Really happy with the service, highly recommended.

I dont why prices vary from one McDonald's to others but other than that everything's fine

Our dishes were very fresh and tasty. And the most important thing is: Our kids always have a lot of fun there. This restaurant places a lot of emphasis on family-friendliness.

Finally a Mc Donald where you can eat the chips again since the new legislation. The fries were perfectly deep fried bissal brown and have finally tasted like fries ? belong.

Fast food. Everything is new. Really nice place.

Pretty crowded Mc Donalds restaurant in the middle of the industrial area. Accordingly, the employees neither keep up with the orders nor with the cleaning. Outside it looked like a bomb had hit. Then sat at the dirty table. Definitely not inviting to stay longer than necessary. Unfortunately not recommendable from my point of view.
